Many causes: There are numerous causes for failure to conceive including male factor (40%) and female anatomic abnormalities and physiologic failure to ovulate. Additionally, there are medical diseases such as thyroid dysfunction, etc that can impair fertility. If you have been having unprotected intercourse for more than one year then see a Fertility GYN MD for you and FP MD or Urologist for hem.
