Pregnant ?: The "morning after" pill does not always prevent pregnancy. Home pregnancy tests may not detect a pregnancy in the tubes (ectopic), so obtain a serum HCG test, which is more accurate, and if positive, see your gyn provider immediately , to make certain you do not have an ectopic: needs immediate attention.
