Is it normal to feel high and lazy after eating heavy meal? this does happens when i eat a lot of food in one meal.

Confusing question: I don't understand how one can be high and lazy at the same time (unless one is using street drugs). However it is not unusual to feel lazy after a heavy meal especially from a lunch.
