Is it wrongful to do intradermal skin allergy test(120 allergens) directly without skin prick test first. syringe was painful. doctor looked greedy.

Allergy skin tests: should be performed by/under the supervision of a qualified allergist after careful evaluation for whether the patient really needs testing, either skin or blood allergy testing. Screening skin prick tests should be performed first, in addition to strongly suspected allergens, if no results are obtained, then intradermal testing for select allergens is performed, and patient should be prepared
