I wouldn't bother: Zoloft is not like some meds that get out of your system relatively quickly. The time it takes for 1/2 to leave your system is 26 hrs. After you take it once a day for several days it begins to have a steady level in your tissues on that once a day dosing. Spreading the dose out will not change the effect or side effects over time, but would increase the chance you will forget to take it.
