Yes, with caution: this is a combination medicine, Albuterol (salbutamol) and ipratropium, the former is category C (use with caution in pregnancy) the latter, ipratropium, is category B, safer than C , during pregnancy. So it is safe to use the combination on as needed basis, if needed more frequently, you need to see your doctor for assessment, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
