Does sprinting have the same benefits in terms of heart health?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Sprinting vs endurance exercise. I believe the last studies in exercise physiology showed both are equivalent improving against cardiovascular disease risk. I liked sprinting because is a time efficient way of improving heart health and fitness. I weight lift for 40 minutes follow by 25 minutes elliptical training with burst of brief high intensity aerobic. Love it. In great shape at 52 y/o.
