Various causes: Some profile of the patient and symptoms if there is any needed to suggest some causes. If in good health some medications and strenous exercise could come in mind as a cause of hematuria or red color urine. Passing small kidney stone can cause hematuria for a short period of time. A unknown bladder stone sometimes cause short duration of hematuria due to friction of the inner bladder wall.
