No...but...: Full strength prune juice contains a sugar component that is often not completely digested before it leaves in the poop. When this happens it draws water along with it and acts as a diarrhea promoting agent.It would not be a big issue but there is a limit to how much most would tolerate before seeing this effect. Any such agent can interfere with the colons water retrieving function.
