Doubt it: STD germs do not make a habit of hanging around on peoples floors. Most have a very limited lifespan outside the nourishing environment of the body. There are common environmental germs around everywhere and I would plan to rinse such a toy before use in the future. You might consider using simple soap & water or a steamer for your toy collection.
