If i had a neck and lower back mri,, is there a way to see if i had mid back herniations present at the time of those mri's?

Possibly: If you had cervical spine and lumbar spine MRIs, it is possible that a portion of the upper thoracic spine and lower thoracic spine was included in the field of views, respectively. It would be unlikely that the mid thoracic spine would be included on either.
