Be cautious: all three can cause sedation and would interact with each other, talk to your prescriber re dosage and spacing out your medications. No sense in taking two medications for insomnia at the same time, melatonin and zopiclone. Good that you asked, always exercise caution with multiple medications

I have a kid (7) that takes 50mg of Trazodone along with 5mg melatonin to help him sleep, but he still cant fall asleep until after midnight some nights. How much more melatonin can he have? Is there anything else we can do to help him get to sleep?
