Need to examine: Is this a new patch or has it been there since birth? If it is of recent origin it is more important to see a doctor for an evaluation. If it is a birth mark, you may wish to leave it alone. Unless it is large and protruding, you may consult a lady friend of yours for make-up to cover the patch. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Dermatologist : You note a recent change in your lower lip. See a dermatologist to make sure it is not a skin cancer. It may just be a discoloration from melanin changes like vitiligo. Sun exposed areas such as a lower lip are at risk so get it checked out
