Edema/ fluid : Best to be examined. But swelling in the hand and fingers can occasionally occur after large rot cuff tears( esp w/ long head of biceps too). Edema can track down your arm into your hand w/ gravity.Unusual. Also can occur after arthroscopic rot cuff repair. See your ORS. Best of luck!
