I know that we should wash our hands for at least 15-20 secs to kill germs. but how to bathe properly? how much to rub and lather, for how much time?

Soap: doesn't kill germs but loosens them up so they can be washed down the drain. Thus, after lathering up, it is very important to rinse well. Peace and good health.
