Doubt it: Such a limited exposure is unlikely to build a detectable level of gas in her bloodstream to the point it would reach baby. Inhaled gasses are are expelled through the lungs, often as quickly as inhaled. That is the process used in general anesthesia where the gas must be supplied continuously to keep a level in the patient under.
