Simple procedure : It’s called the forearm exercise test. In some mitochondrial and other diseases, pumping the forearm muscles in the absence of good blood flow will get nice extra lactic acid and cramps. I would continue to look for the cause of your pain and not attribute it to the procedure. These things tend to be hard to diagnose and hard to treat and I wish you luck.
