What kind of infec?: This depends on what sort of infections she is having. If frequent colds etc, probably no worries about her immune system or other underlying health problems. If urinary tract, skin abscesses, or genital infections (unexplained vaginal discharge etc), then she should be evaluated for the causes and, depending on what is found, perhaps have further tests to determine the reasons.
