What do i do if i have heel pain only from walking?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Heel Pain: If you have heel pain while walking, you will need to stretch your plantar fascia. Stretching exercises are the key to alleviating and resolving the plantar fascia pain. You may need to check your shoes as well. Make sure that you are wearing shoes that are supportive and right for your foot type. Although walking may seem harmless, it is still an exercise, and you do need to wear good shoes.
