After a lazy eye surgery, is it normal for the eye to be a little inward?

Possibly: It is certainly possible that your eyes remain slightly misaligned after strabismus surgery. It depends on how your eyes have developed as well as any residual misalignment that occurs. It is also possible that your eyes may align with time if the vision in both eyes is good.
