Patience: You COULD get pregnant right away but prudence should dictate that you allow yourself to heal both physically and emotionally and common sense would dictate that you wait until you've had at least one or two normal periods before re-embarking on this path. You want conditions in the uterus to be as near perfect as possible to produce a healthy baby with a problem-free life. You won't regret it.
