Inflammation: due to lubricant. You probably will not be able to manage on your own. May need systemic corticosteroid. Go to an urgent care if can not get a hold of your doctor by phone.

Allergy/irritant?: If this is from the KY lubricant, antihistamine would not do much for you. You may try topical hydrocortisone OTC but if this does not help, you need to see your doctor to get something more potent.
