What dr is best oral&genital herpes? dermatology, infectious disea, gyn? how can wash face w/oral w/o spreading it? will shower water running off of face spread oral?

Not spread by water: If immune to Herpes type1 she should not be able to catch type1 again, but may have outbreaks at locations where she had it originally. If immune to type2 she should not be able to catch type2 again, but may have outbreaks at locations where she had it originally. If NOT immune to type1, she can catch type 1; and if NOT immune to type2, she can catch type2; only at locations where she is exposed.
