Depends: If she is a virgin it is doubtful any of those would be around. The yeast that causes thrush is about 5% of the dry weight of poop and is commonly found as an occasional germ in the vagina. Any oral sex will expose you to whatever is around the area involved. It never hurts to be screened occasionally for STD's if you are sexually active with multiple partners.
