Low risk/possible: The saliva contains some germ fighting capabilities which reduce but don't eliminate risk. If she had gonorrhea or HPV in her throat these could transfer. HIV/syphillis less so but possible if she had any bleeding in her gums. Condoms reduce but don't eliminate risk.
