Less likely: risk is significantly lower than vaginal and anal sex, and is very low (but is still possible, especially if there are wounds and sores in the mouth/vagina/anus).

Unlikely, but...: Many things are possible in life, which means the question "Can this happen?" is not useful because the answer is almost always yes, even if the chances of it happening are 1 in a million or rarer. The real question is "How likely is this to happen?" HIV infections have been too many on Earth since the 1980's... and they are easily preventable. People usually don't get them by typical oral sex.
