Have a pelvic exam: If you have had a pelvic exam where a doctor looked and felt inside the vagina with a speculum and with their fingers, as long as they didn't find anything then there probably is nothing there. However if you are still worried you could probably ask to have an ultrasound to be sure. I would advise against putting these foreign bodies into the vagina other than tampons or sex toys.
