Gyn Onc: You would likely want to have a consultation with a Gyn oncologist who cold review your specific case and outline any precautionary guidelines. They would likely want to excise the recurrent area through a procedure called a partial vulvectomy. They would then likely want to follow it to monitor for recurrence
