Knee: This vague knee symptom is nonspecific and doesn't suggest entities like cartilage or ligament damage or tendonitis. The sciatic nerve travels from the buttock down the back of the leg and generally doesn't cause knee symptoms. Perhaps foot ware changes the mechanics of walking enough to produce your knee symptom. You could consult an orthopedic specialist for evaluation and advice.
