SEBORRHOEIC BLEPHARI: Seborrheic blepharitis (dandruff ofthe eye lids) is what you are describing and is often associated with a staph inflamation that completes the rest of your symptoms. Some 50% of patients have a dry eye syndrome and meibomian gland dysfunction. The treatment may require treating the associated processes and is best handled by an ophthalmologist who has an interest in this disease.
