No period: bcp's ?: If you started your oral birth control pills five days after a regular (i.e. , "expected") period started, and took them at about the same time every day, there is little concern. If you started the bcp's later in a cycle (when period bleeding had stopped) you may have ovulated , in which case, pregnancy is possible. Get a serum HCG test to be certain.
