Many possibilities : Vague constitutional symptoms such as this are difficult to diagnose. Most concerning causes could be hypoglycemia/hyperglycemia related to diabetes or insulinoma, hypertension, adrenal gland tumor, hyperthyroidism, adverse effects of medications just to name a few. A visit to your local PCP would be recommended.
