I have had a small dent on the side of my nose for a few years now. but for the last month it seems to get clogged with facial cream. what can it be?

Dent on side of nose: It is difficult to answer with our seeing a picture of the area or examining you in person. Did you injure the area before the "dent" occurred? It could be an enlarged pore or acne scar..... Would recommend you see your medical provider to confirm, especially since material is getting clogged in it
