What are the odds that u get serious complications from strep throat if left untreated age 24?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hard to say: Most data suggest the attack rate for any of the anti-strep antibody disorders would be about 1/200 untreated cases. That includes rheumatic fever, kidney disease and neurologic damage. Strep related complications is one of the leading causes of loss of life in the third world.
