Unclear question: If you are having three bowel movements each day, that is not normal, especially you have loose stools. it would be prudent to consult your doctor as it warrants an in-person evaluation. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Age?: If you are over age 50 years or this is something very new, you need a colonoscopy. If you are much younger , otherwise healthy, and these are simply nuisances, it is probably not necessary for medical care although it never hurts to get your colon looked at .
