Many things: This could be many things. It could be an infection or abscess. It could be a fibroadenoma, which is a benign tumor of the breast. It could also be just very fibrocystic breast tissue. It could be cancer, although that is very unlikely given your age. You should see a doctor to have an exam to find out the cause.
