Labial cut: A labia majora cut in that location is subject to a lot of moisture in the form of sweat. Wash the area with an antiseptic soap such as Betadine or Hibiclens twice daily and keep dry as possible. If the cut doesn't heal in one week, see a GYN MD for assessment.
