Hi, i was playing soccer earlier this week, went i was playing i fell or kneed someone on the field, after a few hours later my kneecap got a bruise, a little bit swollen and it will hurt alot when you touch or go on the ground? thanks for helping

If the swelling is-: -in front and superficial to the patella, blood in the pre patellar bursa a good diagnosis. If there are abrasions on the area, watch for signs of infection. An eval by a fellowship trained sports medicine orthopedic surgeon would be able to advise you on treatment options. This is an elbow but the appearance is very similar.
