I popped a pimple on my left cheek now it has turned black , what do i do to heal?

Moist heat: Initially that black area can be internal bleeding in the cheek. Try applying warm moist washcloths by dipping a washcloth in warm salt water. Apply to the black area for about 10-15 minutes, 4-5 times a day. If the area get swollen or it gets sore, see your doctor. An antibiotic might be necessary at that time.
