Probably not: If a woman had a positive test and stopped having periods, she was pregnant... but may have miscarried since then. Can retest in one week to be sure. A home urine pregnancy test gives a very reliable result if at least 3 weeks have passed since having sex. An Ob-Gyn doctor can evaluate any persistent or worrisome symptoms.
