I had an umbilical hernia repair with mesh six weeks ago,how soon will i be able to sing rock songs,because when you sing powerfully you strain .

Mesh: My feeling is that stress on the mesh area from vigorous singing wouldn't be a problem at this time. However this question is best answered by the surgeon who performed your repair as he/she knows the postoperative condition of your repaired umbilical area best.
