Yeast infection: One of the most common causes of vaginal itching, burning and irritation is a yeast infection. This makes you itch and a bit raw. You can get yeast treatment such as Monostat without a prescription at a pharmacy. There are other things that cause itching so if you treat it and it doesn't get better, you need to see your Gyn for an exam. Best wishes!

Vaginitis: Vaginal itching, irritation, and burning is consistent with an infection of the vagina, potentially, but not necessarily from vaginal intercourse (sex). A healthcare professional should be consulted.
