Can you go bk to work 3 weeks after having a baby?

Returning to work: It depends on what you do for work and what kind of delivery you had (vaginal or C-section). In general, we recommend no lifting anything heavier than your baby for 6 weeks postpartum. That is especially important after a C-section, probably less important after vaginal delivery. Especially if your work is not physically strenuous and does not involve lifting, it is probably ok to go back.
