When i get up in the mornings, I am very dizzy, and my ear has been pulsing i haven't done anything thinking it will go away, I am kinda scared now, I do get a headache and sick to my stomach, but the dizzyness does go away for the most part thru the day.
I have a pulsing pain in the right middle side of stomach...across and down from naval accompanied by abdominal swellong..what could this be?
