Doctor visit: Oral exam of mouth and history can rule out a lot of things. See whatever Doctor is available. If not better will likely need to see an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist for evaluation and definitive diagnosis. Could also need a dental evaluation, you are at the age wisdom teeth start causing problems. Have you seen the dentist lately?
