I had very painful lesions around my vagina last year. i went to the doctor and she said mycosis and gave me antifungal cream. but i got similar symptoms today although not nearly as painful, just a group of itchy yellowish bumps. yeast or herpes?

Probable herpes: Herpes sounds likely. It could be a yeast infection, but for sure you should be tested for herpes, and probably also treated. The anti-HSV drugs are harnless and therefore should be liberally used when herpes is possible, even if not proved. Good luck!
