Is it possible to contract aids just from drinking and eating behind someone?

No: Hiv infection is acquired through unprotected sex, injection drug use, transfusion of hiv-infected blood products, or from mother to child. You cannot get hiv/aids from eating or drinking after someone who has hiv/aids.
