Could be normal: For women with regular, monthly cycles, ovulation generally occurs about 2 weeks after the first day of her cycle. Some women will bleed a little bit when they ovulate. This is normal and treatment is usually only if it is bothersome. It is however, not a period and not a 'safe' time to have intercourse if you are trying to avoid getting pregnant.
