Not likely: Most cases sex that close to the end of a period doesn't lead to pregnancy. The sticky discharge is a variation of normal and reflects the hormonal effects of where you are in your cycle.

Possible: Anytime a woman is sexually active she could be pregnant, but a change in vaginal discharge does not necessarily indicate pregnancy. If you are trying to become pregnant, do a home test if your period does not come on time. If not, consider seeing your gynecologist or family doctor to get checked for sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy, and to discuss prevention of both of these.

Yes: If you have had unprotected intercourse, you could be pregnant. Most accurate way to tell if you are is to get a blood pregnancy test. See your doctor to get this done. Good luck!
