Pain & Dizzy: You need to see a doctor for a diagnosis. There are many possibilities. Pinched nerves in neck are just one. Peace and good health.

Nonspecific: Your symptoms are nonspecific. Is your dizziness lightheadedness or vertigo? More information is needed about the neck and back symptoms. A physician would take a thorough history and system review,perform a physical examination and order any appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis. If symptoms persist, see your physician for evaluation and advice.
